Set-Up and Installation of AP3.0 & AP4.0 (Optional)

We have an installation version for AP3.0 and AP4.0, which his optional.  We can install the program on one of your computers, and the programs can be run to generate completed audit programs & working papers in your own office.  In other words, with this version, you no longer have to send the completed forms to us, and wait for us to turn-around with the deliverables.   

This solution is optional, you may still send us the forms and wait for us to turnaround with the completed programs.  

This aims to allow you to fully automate your audit processes and reduce your dependence on an external party to generate working papers / audit programs, and reduce your turnaround time from submission of forms to generation of working papers down to just minutes per audit engagement.

Since you can generate the programs and working papers in your own office, you will no longer have to send any confidential information, such as client names, to EQC.  

What does the Set-Up Service Include?

The installation and set-up includes the following services:

  1. Installation of AP3.0 and AP4.0 on your computer
  2. in-person tutorial and demonstration on how to use the programs to generate working papers
  3. automatic and remote update of the program(s) when we have monthly upgrades of the system.
  4. automatic calculation of credits used, and credits available for use, and transactions tracking (i.e. history of when and which engagements used the credits)

System Requirements for Installation:

  1. Any Windows Operating System
  2. Internet Access (By Wi-Fi / LAN)
  3. You should also grant us Admin Access to install the program when we visit your office, if applicable.
