We understand that each CPA practice has its own regulatory compliance needs, and we are now introducing retainer service plans that allows you to choose what we work on any given day and have us on your speed-dial. Read on to learn more!

What is included in a Retainer?

By subscribing to our retainer plans, you may choose when and how we provide audit and compliance consultancy to you and your audit team. Let us give you some creative ideas:

CPA Practitioners may need the following services:

- External Monitor Reviewer complying HKSQM 1

- Technical Consultancy on auditing matters

- Drafting of SoQM Manual / AML Manual, answering live queries, preparing, responding and implementing remedial actions following AFRC Inspections.

- Drafting Respondent’s case / Proposal on sanctions and costs in complaints by AFRC.

- Inspection preparation
- High Level File Reviews

Audit Managers / Seniors may need the following services:

- Creating custom working paper templates

- Assistance in audit file reviews prior to issuance of Audited Financial Statements

- Development of in-house audit training program and learning materials

You, as the owner of the plan, may choose how you wish to utilize our hours.

2. Discounts on Chargeable Hourly Rates based on Measurable Hours and Costs

We offer discounts up to 20% off our hourly billing rates. Reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis, and you have full transparency and autonomy to decide how to use these hours. There are three service plans:

1. at HK$40,000 per year^# with 10% Discount off hourly rates

1. at HK$60,000 per year^# with 15% Discount off hourly rates, and

1. at HK$80,000 per year^# with 20% Discount off hourly rates.

3. Reduce Fixed Costs

By having stand-by and off-site technical help, you may reduce your recurring fixed costs including both headcounts and office space.

4. Free AP3.0 Credits

Quality Assurance in Retainer Services

We have capped our number of CPA practices engaging us on our retainer services to a maximum of 10 CPA practices at any time. This will help to ensure that we have adequate resources to provide retainer services to all our clients and maintain the quality of our services to you on a need-to-use basis.
