We help our clients to obtain the necessary TCSP licenses and act as their ongoing compliance consultant to handle any CR and AFRC queries, ongoing supervision, and regulatory inspections.

- Liaise with CR case officers

- Negotiate licensing conditions and answer standard and complex queries from the CR
- Prepare or update compliance manuals for ongoing compliance
- Provide structuring (not legal advice), tax and accounting services related to TCSP licensees
- Prepare and review documents for regulatory inspections, AML monitoring, renewal of licenses, etc.
- Obtain and maintain up to date beneficial ownership information by keeping a SCR.
